Saint-Cyr-la-Campagne is located in northern France about 20 kilometers south-southwest of Rouen . Saint-Cyr-la-Campagne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Elbeuf in the north, Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf in the northeast, Saint-Didier-des-Bois in the south and east, and Saint-Germain-de-Pasquier in the south and southwest as well La Saussaye to the west. The Saint-Cyr-la-Campagne airfield is located in the eastern municipality .
