La Houssaye is a French municipality with 210 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Bernay and the canton of Brionne (until 2015 Beaumont-le-Roger ). The inhabitants are called Houssayens .

La Houssaye is located about 27 kilometers west-southwest of Évreux on the Risle , which borders the municipality in the west. La Houssaye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Noyer-en-Ouche in the north and north-west, Grosley-sur-Risle in the north, Romilly-la-Puthenaye in the east and north-east, Sébécourt in the east and south-east, La Ferrière-sur-Risle in the south and Mesnil-en-Ouche to the west.
