Appeville-Annebault is located about 45 kilometers east-southeast of Le Havre in the Roumois on the Risle , which borders the municipality in the southwest. Appeville-Annebault is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Colletot in the north and north-west, Cauverville-en-Roumois in the north, Brestot in the north-east, Illeville-sur-Montfort in the east and south-east, Montfort-sur-Risle in the south, and Condé-sur-Risle in the South-west and Corneville-sur-Risle to the west and north-west.
