Fiquefleur-Équainville is located about 20 kilometers east-southeast of Le Havre in Lieuvin on the Seine estuary . Fiquefleur-Équainville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sandouville in the north, Fatouville-Grestain in the east, Saint-Pierre-du-Val in the east and southeast, Manneville-la-Raoult in the south and Ablon in the west.
