Foulbec is located about 30 kilometers east-southeast of Le Havre in the Lieuvin . The Risle limits the community in the east. Foulbec is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Conteville in the north and north-west, Saint-Samson-de-la-Roque in the east and north-east, Bouquelon in the south-east, Saint-Sulpice-de-Grimbouville in the south, Saint-Maclou in the south-west, and Boulleville in the west Southwest and Saint-Pierre-du-Val to the west.
