Saint-Aubin-sur-Quillebeuf is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Quillebeuf-sur-Seine in the north and north-west, Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine in the north-east, Petiville in the east, Trouville-la-Haule in the south-east, Sainte-Opportune-la- Mare in the south and Marais-Vernier in the west.
