Capelle-les-Grands is a French municipality with 428 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Bernay and the canton of Breteuil (until 2015 Broglie ). The inhabitants are called Capellais .

Capelle-les-Grands is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Mards-de-Fresne in the north, Plainville in the northeast, Saint-Victor-de-Chrétienville in the east and northeast, Grand-Camp in the east and southeast, Saint-Aubin-du- Thenney in the south and southeast, Saint-Jean-du-Thenney in the south and Saint-Germain-la-Campagne in the west.
