Hondouville is about twelve kilometers north-northwest of Évreux . The Eure limits on the west side. Hondouville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Canappeville in the north and west, Amfreville-sur-Iton and Acquigny in the east and northeast, La Vacherie in the south and Houetteville in the south and southwest.
