Sylvain-Lès-Moulins is a French commune with 1,295 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Bernay and the canton of Verneuil-sur-Avre . The inhabitants are called Sylvains .
It was created with effect from January 1, 2016 as Commune nouvelle through the integration of the neighboring municipality of Villalet . The parish, originally written Sylvains-les-Moulins , has since been officially written with the modified part of the name "Lès" to distinguish it. The integrated commune was not granted the status of a Commune déléguée .

Sylvains-Lès-Moulins is located about 17 kilometers south-southwest of Évreux on the Iton . Sylvains-Lès-Moulins is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Ventes in the north, Le Plessis-Grohan in the northeast, Chambois in the east, Buis-sur-Damville in the south and southeast, Mesnils-sur-Iton in the south and west and Le Val-Doré in the north-west.
