Buis-sur-Damville was a French community with 998 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belonged to the Bernay arrondissement and was part of the canton of Verneuil-sur-Avre ( canton of Damville until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Buxéens .
The decree of November 20, 2018 established the incorporation of Buis-sur-Damville as a Commune déléguée together with the former communes of Mesnils-sur-Iton , Grandvilliers and Roman into the Commune nouvelle Mesnils-sur-Iton with effect from January 1, 2019 .

Buis-sur-Damville was created in 1972 from the merger of the previously independent municipalities of Boissy-sur-Damville , Créton and Morainville-sur-Damville .
