Droisy is a French municipality with 439 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Évreux and the Canton of Verneuil-sur-Avre (until 2015: Canton Nonancourt ). The inhabitants are called Droiséens .
geography
Droisy is located about 28 kilometers south of Evreux . Droisy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marcilly-la-Campagne in the northeast, La Madeleine-de-Nonancourt in the east and southeast, Dampierre-sur-Avre and Acon in the south, Breux-sur-Avre in the southwest and Mesnils-sur-Iton in the north and west.
