Cierrey is a French municipality with 743 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Évreux and the canton of Évreux-3 (until 2015 Évreux-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Cierrois .

geography

Cierrey is located in northern France in the east of the Eure department, about ten kilometers east-southeast of the city center of Évreux . Cierrey is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Miserey in the north, Boncourt in the northeast, Caillouet-Orgeville in the east, Le Cormier in the east and southeast, Le Val-David in the south and southwest and Le Vieil-Évreux in the west.
