Champigny-la-Futelaye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-André-de-l'Eure in the north, Mousseaux-Neuville in the northeast, L'Habit and Bois-le-Roi in the east, and Saint-Laurent-des-Bois in the south Southeast, Lignerolles in the south and southwest and Coudres in the west.
