Fresney is about twelve kilometers southeast of Évreux . Fresney is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-de-Fresney in the north and north-west, Le Cormier in the north, Boisset-les-Prévanches in the north and north-east, Bretagnolles in the east, Foucrainville in the south and La Baronnie in the west and southwest.
