Mouettes is located in the eastern part of the Eure department, about 23 kilometers southeast of Évreux . Mouettes is surrounded by the neighboring communities Mousseaux-Neuville in the north and west, La Couture-Boussey in the east and northeast, Ézy-sur-Eure in the southeast, Croth in the south, L'Habit in the south and southwest and Champigny-la-Futelaye in the west and southwest.
