Mousseaux-Neuville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Foucrainville in the north and north-west, Serez in the north and north-east, La Couture-Boussey in the east, Mouettes in the south-east, Champigny-la-Futelaye in the south-west and Saint-André-de-l'Eure in the west .

In 1845 the previously independent communes of Neuville and La Neuvillette were attached to the commune of Mousseaux .
