Sébécourt is a French municipality with 477 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Évreux and the canton of Conches-en-Ouche and the Pays de Conches community . The inhabitants are called Sébécourtois .

Sébécourt is located about 23 kilometers west-southwest of Évreux . Sébécourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Houssaye in the north and north-west, Romilly-la-Puthenaye in the north, Collandres-Quincarnon in the east and north-east, Sainte-Marthe in the east and south-east, Le Fidelaire in the south and south-west and La Ferrière-sur-Risle in the West.
