La Couture-Boussey is located in the eastern part of the Eure department in the valley of the river Eure , 68 kilometers west of Paris . La Couture-Boussey is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Epieds and Neuilly in the north, Garennes-sur-Eure in the northeast, Ivry-la-Bataille in the east, Ézy-sur-Eure in the south, Mouettes in the west and southwest, Mousseaux-Neuville in the west as well as Serez in the northwest.

In 1844 the previously independent municipality of Boussey was attached to the municipality of La Couture .
