Le Val-David is a French municipality with 723 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Évreux and the canton of Évreux-3 (until 2015 Évreux-Est ). The inhabitants are called Valdavidiens .

geography

Le Val-David is located in northern France in the east of the Eure department, about nine kilometers east-southeast of the city center of Évreux . Le Val-David is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cierrey in the north and north-east, Le Cormier in the east, Saint-Germain-de-Fresney in the south-east, La Baronnie in the south, Saint-Luc in the west and south-west, La Trinité in the west and Le Vieil -Évreux in the north-west.
