Louye is located about 28 kilometers south-southeast of Évreux on the Coudanne River . Louye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Courdemanche in the north and west, Marcilly-sur-Eure in the north and north-east, Saint-Georges-Motel in the east and south-east, Muzy in the south and south-west and Mesnil-sur-l'Estrée in the west and south-west.
