Sacquenville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bérengeville-la-Campagne in the north, Tourneville in the east and northeast, Le Mesnil-Fuguet in the southeast, Saint-Martin-la-Campagne in the south, Bernienville in the west and southwest and Bacquepuis in the west and northwest.
