Caugé is a French municipality with 866 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Évreux and the canton of Conches-en-Ouche (until 2015: canton of Évreux-Ouest ). The inhabitants are called Caugéens .

geography

Caugé is about six kilometers west of Évreux . Caugé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Claville in the north, Gauville-la-Campagne in the northeast, Parville in the east, Saint-Sébastien-de-Morsent in the southeast, La Bonneville-sur-Iton in the south and Ferrières-Haut-Clocher in the west.
