Coudres is located in the eastern part of the Eure department, about 24 kilometers south-southeast of Évreux . The river Coudanne crosses the municipality. Coudres is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chavigny-Bailleul in the north and west, Les Authieux in the north, Saint-André-de-l'Eure in the northeast, Champigny-la-Futelaye in the east, Lignerolles in the southeast, Illiers-l'Évêque in the south , Marcilly-la-Campagne to the south and south-west and Moisville to the west and south-west.
