Saint-Georges-Motel is located about 33 kilometers south-southeast of Évreux on the Eure , which borders the municipality in the east, and on the Avre , which borders the municipality in the south. The Coudanne river also flows into the Avre here. Saint-Georges-Motel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marcilly-sur-Eure in the north and north-west, Abondant in the east and north-east, Montreuil in the south and south-east, Muzy in the west and south-west and Louye in the west and north-west.

The National Route 12 runs through the municipality .
