geography

Montreuil is located about four kilometers north of the city center of Dreux on the river Eure , into which the Avre flows. Montreuil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Georges-Motel in the north and north-west, Abondant in the north and east, Cherisy in the south-east, Dreux in the south and west and Muzy in the west.
