Les Pinthières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Boutigny-Prouais in the north and north-west, Grandchamp in the north-east, Le Tartre-Gaudran in the east and south-east, Faverolles in the south and Saint-Laurent-la-Gâtine in the west and south-west.
