Le Mesnil-Simon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gilles in the north and north-west, Mondreville in the east and north-east, Tilly in the east and south-east, Saint-Ouen-Marchefroy in the south, Oulins in the south-west and La Chaussée-d'Ivry in the west.
