Mézières-en-Drouais is located about 31 kilometers north-northwest of Chartres and about 69 kilometers west-southwest of Paris . The river Eure limits the community to the west. Mézières-en-Drouais is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Gemme-Moronval in the north and north-west, Germainville in the north and north-east, La Chapelle-Forainvilliers in the east, Ouerre in the south-east, Charpont and Écluzelles in the south and Luray in the south-west.
