Mézières-en-Drouais is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Gemme-Moronval in the north and north-west, Germainville in the north and north-east, La Chapelle-Forainvilliers in the east, Ouerre in the south-east, Charpont and Écluzelles in the south and Luray in the south-west.
