The Canton of Dreux-Est was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Dreux in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire ; its main town was Dreux . His representative in the Conseil Régional for the years 2008 to 2015 was Alain Fillon.

The canton was in the north of the department. In the west it bordered the cantons Dreux-Ouest and Dreux-Sud , in the north on the canton Anet and in the east and south on the canton Nogent-le-Roi . Its area was between 74 m in Chérisy and 139 m in several municipalities of the canton above sea level .
