Cherisy (also: Chérisy ) is a French municipality with 1866 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Dreux and the canton Anet (until 2015: canton Dreux-Est ).

Cherisy is about 69 kilometers west of Paris on the Eure River . Cherisy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Abondant in the north, Serville in the northeast, Germainville in the east and southeast, Sainte-Gemme-Moronval in the south, Dreux in the west and Montreuil in the northwest.

The National Route 12 runs through the municipality .
