Villemeux-sur-Eure is about ten kilometers south-east of Dreux am Eure , which also forms the northeastern municipal boundary. Villemeux-sur-Eure is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Charpont in the north and north-west, Ouerre in the north and north-east, Croisilles in the north-east, Chaudon in the east and south-east, Ormoy in the south, Le Boullay-Thierry in the south-west and Le Boullay-Mivoye in the west and Southwest.
