Jean-Claude Briavoine

Jean-Claude Briavoine (born October 7, 1934 in La Couture-Boussey ) is a former French car racing driver and rally raid driver .

Rally raid

Since the start of the Dakar Rally , Briavoine has competed in this motorsport event almost every year. In 1981 he was third in the overall ranking for automobiles. He finished second in the 1982 and 1983 Dakar races. 1983 behind Jacky Ickx and Claude Brasseur in the Mercedes 280G . Briavoine himself competed in a Lada Taiga .
