Barneville-sur-Seine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Jumièges in the north and north-west, Le Mesnil-sous-Jumièges in the north, Yville-sur-Seine in the north-east, Mauny in the east, La Trinité-de-Thouberville in the south-east, Bosgouet in the south, Honguemare-Guenouville to the west and southwest and Le Landin to the northwest.
