Glos-sur-Risle is a French municipality with 591 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the canton of Pont-Audemer (until 2015 Montfort-sur-Risle ). The inhabitants are called Glosiens .

Glos-sur-Risle is about 43 kilometers southwest of Rouen in the Roumois on the Risle , which borders the municipality in the west. Glos-sur-Risle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montfort-sur-Risle in the north, Écaquelon in the east and north-east, Thierville in the south-east, Pont-Authou in the south and south-east, Freneuse-sur-Risle in the south-west and Saint-Philbert-sur- Risle to the west and northwest.
