Saint-Siméon is located about 24 kilometers north-northwest of Bernay in the Lieuvin . Saint-Siméon is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Tourville-sur-Pont-Audemer in the north, Campigny in the northeast, Saint-Martin-Saint-Firmin in the east and northeast, Saint-Étienne-l'Allier in the east and southeast, La Noë-Poulain and La Poterie-Mathieu in the south, Épaignes in the west and south-west and Selles in the west and north-west.
