Crosville-la-Vieille is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Iville in the north, Marbeuf in the east, Saint-Aubin-d'Écrosville in the east and southeast, Sainte-Colombe-la-Commanderie in the south, Le Tremblay-Omonville in the south and southwest, Le Neubourg in the west and Vitot in the northwest.
