Honguemare-Guenouville is located about 26 kilometers west-southwest of Rouen in the Roumois countryside . Honguemare-Guenouville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Landin in the north and north-west, Barneville-sur-Seine in the north and east, Bosgouet in the east and south-east, Bourg-Achard in the south, Bouquetot in the west and south-west and Hauville in the west.

On the south-eastern edge of the municipality is the motorway triangle of the A13 autoroute with the A28 autoroute .
