Tostes is a village and a former French commune with 442 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Eure department in the Normandy region . It belonged to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Pont-de-l'Arche . The inhabitants are called Tostais .

With effect from January 1, 2017, the previously independent municipalities of Montaure and Tostes were merged to form a Commune nouvelle called Terres de Bord and have since had the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Montaure.

Tostes is about 19 kilometers south of Rouen .

Neighboring towns are Criquebeuf-sur-Seine in the north, Pont-de-l'Arche in the north-east, Le Vaudreuil in the east, Incarville in the south-east, Montaure in the south, La Haye-Malherbe in the south-west and Martot in the west and north-west.

Autoroute A13 leads through the former municipality .
