Liza Kos

Liza Kos (born May 26, 1981 in Moscow / USSR ; actually Elizaveta Kostyuk) is a German comedian , cabaret artist and songwriter of Russian origin. In her program she tells about her integration in Germany.

life and career

Liza Kos was born in Moscow as the daughter of the Russian composer and organist Yury Kostyuk and the physics and English teacher Natalia Kostyuk (née Siwkow). In 1996 she moved to Germany with her parents and brother as a quota refugee . In 2010 Kos successfully completed her training as a design assistant .

She has lived in Aachen since 2000 . Liza Kos has a son.

In 2011 Kos began performing as a singer-songwriter under the name Lizusha. The program included both serious and funny songs. After several appearances on comedy stages, Kos decided to stop playing serious music and only devoted himself to comedy or music comedy under the stage name Liza Kos.

In May 2015, Liza Kos played the premiere of her first comedy solo program “Was I believe who I am ?!”. This is followed by an appearance on NightWash (Internet recording), on Ladies Night with Gerburg Jahnke (ARD) and other TV appearances.

Since August 2016 she has hosted her own monthly live comedy show "KurArt - Comedy & Cabaret" in Aachen.
