Lyubov Belykh

Lyubov Belych ( Russian Любовь Алексеевна Белых , Lyubow Alexejewna Belych ; born June 17, 1961 in Kostroma ) is a Russian painter .

Life

Lyubov Belych is the daughter of the painters Alexei Pavlovich and Nadezhda Alexandrovna Belych. She grew up in Kostroma.

She attended the Moscow Middle Art School of the Surikov Institute and studied from 1980 to 1986 in Leningrad at the Repin Institute for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of the Academy of Arts of the Soviet Union . In 1988 she became a member of the All-Russian Association of Painters. In 1996 she was awarded a diploma from the Russian Academy of Arts. In February 2009 Belych was made an honorary member of the Academy of Art, Moscow, among other things for her outstanding achievement in the field of portraiture .

Since the early 1980s, Ljubov Belych has exhibited her pictures publicly. Most recently in Russia in 2002, where she had an exhibition in the Kostroma Municipal Art Museum.

Ljubov Belych has lived and worked with her husband in Ebenhausen, south of Munich, since 1996 .
