Anne Le Ny
Anne Le Ny (born December 16, 1962 ) is a French actress , screenwriter and director .
Life
Le Ny first made a name for himself primarily in classical theater and worked in the 1980s with Philippe Adrien and Gérard Desarthe, among others, at the theater. In 1991 she was first seen in La mort d'Alexandre on French television. She made her cinema debut in 1996 in Passage à l'acte alongside Daniel Auteuil . In addition to numerous films, she appeared in the successful lawyer series Avocats & associés in the 2000s . With Ceux qui restent , Le Ny presented her first directorial work in 2007. The film was nominated in 2008 for the César in the category Best First Work. Other directorial works by Le Ny include Les invités de mon père (2010) and Cornouaille (2012). She gained international fame especially in the role of Yvonne in the French surprise hit Pretty Best Friends from 2011.
