In 1950 the choir was expanded over the foundations of the Gothic choir. After restoration and expansion, the church was consecrated again in 1953.

The church is a single-nave, unadorned hall building with a strongly recessed choir with a 3/8 end. The front west tower has a pointed helmet.

Above the two-bay nave is a flat barrel vault with stitch caps with straps on pilasters . The two-storey gallery has three axes and is vaulted with three groin vaults each. There is a wide triumphal arch between the nave and the apse . There is a barrel vault above the three choir bays and a cap vault above the apse.

The high altar, side altar and organ case are neo-Gothic and date from the second half of the 19th century. The picture "Guardian Angel with Child" was created in the middle of the 18th century based on a sketch by Michelangelo Unterberger . On the back there is St. Mary , part of a former flag. The vestry cupboard is from the end of the 18th century.
