Lyubow Petrovna Russanowa ( Russian Любовь Петровна Русанова ; born February 2, 1954 in Krasnodar , Russian SFSR , Soviet Union ) is a former Soviet- Russian swimmer .

At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal , she won a silver medal over 100 m chest behind Hannelore Anke from the GDR and a bronze medal over 200 m chest behind her compatriots Marina Koschewaja and Marina Yurtschenja .

At the swimming world championships in 1973 in Belgrade Russanowa won a silver medal over 100 m breaststroke behind Renate Vogel from the GDR.

In 1973 and 1975 she was the Soviet champion (1973 and 1975 - over 100 m; 1975 - 4 × 100 m relay).
