Lyudmil Stoyanov
Lyudmil Stojanow , actually Georgi Stojanow Slatarew , ( Bulgarian Людмил Стоянов ; born February 6, 1888 in Kovachevitsa , † April 11, 1973 in Sofia ) was a Bulgarian writer .
Stoyanov wrote short stories and novels. He also worked as a translator of Russian and Soviet literature. He belonged to the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and was a member of the World Peace Council .
He was honored as a Hero of Socialist Labor and the Dimitrov Prize .
