Loah ( vernacular : Lo (à) ) is a district of the municipality of Tyrlaching in the Upper Bavarian district of Altötting .

history

The name of the wasteland goes back to the Middle High German word laùha and describes a clearing in the forest. The place is mentioned in a document in 1140 as Loen , in 1300 as ze Lohen .
