history

The German pdv management consultancy with over 1000 employees was taken over by Logica in 2000 for 1.2 billion DM. In 2008 it was awarded the " Fair Company " seal of approval. In 2009 that of the nordIT GmbH from Bremen was taken over. In August 2012, Logica was taken over by the Canadian CGI Inc.
