Lomas de Solymar is a city in Uruguay that has meanwhile been incorporated into the Ciudad de la Costa .
geography
It is located in the southern part of the Canelones department in sector 37 . The coastal city borders with its southeast side on the Río de la Plata , where the Rambla Tomas Berreta runs along. El Pinar is immediately adjacent to the coastline that continues to the northeast , while Solymar can be found in the southwest . Here the streets Miami , Montes and Ciudad de la Paz form the borderline to El Pinar . Towards Solymar, this function is largely taken over by Calle de los Eucaliptos .
