Long Ridge (English for Long Ridge ) is a high, 2.5 km long and partly ice-free mountain ridge on the island of Heard in the southern Indian Ocean . It rises 1.5 km southeast of Campbell Peak and extends east of Big Ben .
Participants in the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions carried out surveys and descriptive naming in 1948.
