Longa 59 Lichtenvoorde is a Dutch volleyball club from Lichtenvoorde (province of Gelderland ).
history
The association was founded in 1959. The women became Dutch champions in 2004 and 2005 and Dutch cup winners in 2003, 2004 and 2005. From 2000 to 2009 they also regularly took part in European competitions. The best place was a third place in 2006 in the Top Teams Cup . Mathias Eichinger was the trainer from 2004 to 2008 . In 2009 the women's team was downgraded to the B-League. The men played in the A-League in 2010/11.
