Looters
Looters e. V. is a free theater ensemble, which was founded in 2007 by some former members of the youth theater club of the Junge Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf under the name Looters-Ensemble , in summer 2013 with the establishment of an association for Looters e. V. appeared , and mainly in the Theater Museum Düsseldorf , the Theaterfabrik Düsseldorf and the Theater am Schlachthof Neuss .
The theater projects of the Looters e. V. are characterized by self-written texts and specially composed pieces of music. A frequently used stylistic device is the use of narrator texts and video projections as well as singing and dance elements between the normal game scenes.
So far the ensemble has realized 30 theater projects. The twenty-ninth piece, entitled Billboard , premiered on October 27, 2017 in the Theater am Schlachthof Neuss . The thirtieth piece, entitled Well, whether they actually gained in lightness, is researchable , will be premiered on April 21, 2018 in the Theaterfabrik Düsseldorf .
In addition to rehearsed theater pieces, the ensemble has been playing an improvisational theater match called Looters Impro since the summer of 2013 , including at the zakk in Düsseldorf.
